With nearly 30 years of combined experience, the AIO team began our careers as NYC office space leasing brokers with a broad client base. Our strong focus on learning Class A office product eventually lead to using that knowledge to provide superior market insight to the most active boutique users in these buildings, alternative investment managers. As our business grew along with our client’s AUM, we knew that we could build on our understanding of the market to best serve our client’s mentality of making a “good trade” with tenant favorable economics and built-in flexibility. The goal has always been to ensure that our clients always have an exit, whether times are good or bad.
As our client’s needs have changed and talent acquisition has become more challenging over the years, we have changed with them and have been very active all over Manhattan. Whether that’s in Hudson Yards, the redevelopment of Downtown’s World Trade Center and Brookfield Place or the new neighborhoods along the High Line, we continue to evolve to ensure that our client’s needs are met, regardless of location.
Meet the team:
Jason Roberts has been advising alternative investment managers for 9 years. Focusing on foot canvassing Midtown Class A assets in his early days, this became the foundation for his market knowledge. Now, the focus is being on the phone and meeting with managers daily to learn about their situations and where value can be added. Market information is the key and it’s this constant contact that provides Jason with the needed intel to properly advise his clients. With an affinity for speed, you won’t find him on the golf course but at historic race tracks of the Northeast for track days. He also rides his Harley through New Jersey back roads where he lives with his wife.
Peter Michailidis joined Dan and Jason 2 years ago after graduating from Hamilton College with a degree in Economics. At Hamilton, Peter was a member of the varsity ice hockey and squash teams. In addition to being the athlete of the group, Peter is the founder of Hanging with Ted, a non-profit dedicated to raising money and awareness to combat opioid addiction in the US. Pete is a huge Ranger fan and loves to golf. Peter lives in New York City.
Dan Posy has spent the last 17 years advocating for alternative investment managers and institutional investors. Dan is a natural-born deal-junkie with an unwavering sense of advocacy, ensuring that our clients not only get the best financial transaction but the most flexibility so that the business operations are always the driving force of the office space needs and never vice-versa. Having experienced all aspects of the business cycle for funds, he knows how to mitigate risk to ensure that our clients always have an exit. Dan is a Pittsburgh native, a diehard Penguins and Steelers fan. He lives in Englewood New Jersey with his wife and 3 boys.

Now on the real estate side, David’s strong reputation among the alternative investments community has propelled him to be a go-to guy in the industry. In addition to being an avid golfer, David is the founder of the Adam Gaynes Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to raising money for the care, comfort, happiness, education and cure of children diagnosed with brain tumors and other disabilities.
